Company Profile Cadastral Mapping Services, Inc. is currently located in Oviedo, Florida. The company is owned by Carl Smith, PLS (professional land surveyor), who has been designing projects and surveying for over 39 years. Having started his surveying career in the jungles of Vietnam, Mr. Smith has been a Licensed Professional Surveyor in Florida for over 26 years.

Cadastral Mapping Services, Inc. is a reliable firm with quality staff including both Licensed Professional Land Surveyors and Professional CAD Technicians (Computer Aided Drafting). Our staff is trained to work hard for you and communicate clearly with both you and the Title Insurance Company, Bank/Lender or Government Entity.

All our Surveys are completed using state-of-the-art equipment insuring the highest degree of accuracy. Surveys have at least two professionals review (including a professional land surveyor) them prior to leaving the office. All Surveys are signed and sealed by the land surveyor in charge. At the completion of each job we review the project and make adjustments as required to insure compliance with current MTS (Minimum Technical Standards).

Time sheets track daily tasks which are associated to each project which reduces billing errors.
